These terms apply when you visit clanofnerds.com or buy from Clan of Nerds ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must place it for you.

2. Our products

Every item is printed when you order it. We work to show colors and print placement accurately, but screens differ and small variations between the photos and the finished piece are normal. Some product photos are digital renderings or show the item on a model. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. If an item is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've received a confirmation.

4. Orders

Your order confirmation means we've received your order, not that we've accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there's a pricing error. If we cancel after you've paid, you'll get a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Shipping times, the free size swap, and how we handle damaged or misprinted items are explained in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Those policies are part of these terms.

6. Our designs and content

All designs, artwork, logos, text and photos on this site belong to Clan of Nerds or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the product. It doesn't give you any right to copy, reproduce or resell the designs.

7. Reviews and messages you send

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you give us permission to use it, without payment, to run and promote the store. Please don't post anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

8. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, scraping it, using it for fraud, or breaking any law.

9. Links to other sites

Links to other sites are for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer

Except as stated in our Refund Policy, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Clan of Nerds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claims, losses or costs that result from your breaking these terms or misusing the site.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
