Shipping & Returns

Every piece is made for you. Clan of Nerds gear isn't sitting in a warehouse. Each item is printed when you order it, then shipped straight to you. That's why your order takes a few days longer than a big-box store's. It's also why nothing gets wasted.

Shipping

  • Production: most items are printed within 2–5 business days. All-over-print pieces can take a little longer.
  • Delivery: your shipping options and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout, before you pay.
  • Free shipping on US orders over $100. It's applied automatically, so you don't need a code.
  • Tracking: you'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Late or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping (45 days for international orders), email us within a week after that and we'll sort it out. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it ships, and reshipping to a corrected address may cost extra.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, email us right away. We'll do our best, but once printing starts, we can't cancel.

Something wrong with your order? We'll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

After your order is delivered, you'll also get an email from CLAN OF NERDS (customer@trackorder.site). It's our order-care service. You can use it to report a problem in one click, or leave us a review.

Wrong size? Your first swap is on us.

Fit can be tricky. If your clothing doesn't fit, we'll send you one free size exchange per order: the same item in a different size, at no cost to you.

  • Request it within 30 days of delivery.
  • Just email us your order number and the size you need.
  • No need to send the original back. Pass it on to a fellow nerd.

Changed your mind?

Because every piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a different color, or a different design. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order. And if the size is off, see the free swap above.
