SHIPPING

Please note that we ship through various locations throughout the United States and shipping times may vary.  

  • You can find detailed delivery date estimates after choosing your shipping method during the checkout process and prior to payment. We can not guarantee exact delivery dates.
  • All over printed items (CLAN BAGS, MIAMI COLLECTION, etc.) take longer to print due to the extensive printing required. They will take approximately 7-10 business days to ship and details can be found during the checkout process.
  • You will receive an order tracking email after every purchase. You can use this to stay updated on your items.


RETURNS

    Return eligibility
    • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased the items  on our official website clanofnerds.com 

    • Our return policy lasts for 7 (seven) days after purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange except in the case of damaged items prior to arrival or an error on our part, in that case we will honor exchanges or store credit for 14 (fourteen) days from date of delivery. 

    • Eligible items for return must be unused and sent back in the original packaging. 

    • Please note the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

      • Jewelry
      • Undergarments
      • Gift cards
      • Items from the MIAMI COLLECTION
      • CLAN BAGS
      • Sale or Clearance items

    Return Process

    If your item is eligible for return or exchange, please send us an email with your order number at returns@clanofnerds.com

    • Once your return is received, we will notify you. If the return is approved, we will begin the funds reimbursement process typically to the original payment method.
    • Please note that at this time, shipping fees for returning items are the purchaser's responsibility, except in cases of errors on our part.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original order shipping fees are usually deducted from your refund except in extenuating circumstances.

    CHANGES TO SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

    As we continue to grow and continue to consolidate shipping practices and warehousing, we expect in mid-2023 to start waiving shipping fees on certain orders and refunds. We also expect to be able to increase our ability to exchange or return your products so that we can offer enhanced customer support and value.  Thank you for supporting our small business.
